We’re located in downtown Rolesville at 104-D South Main Street. Looking at the two-story brick building from the road, we are on the second-floor. Our entrance is in alleyway on side of building. You will see our sign at the door labeled “104-D.” Once you enter the door, head up the stairs on your right.

There are a few options for parking:

1) Cobblestone Village (plug in Prime IV to GPS)

2) Town Parking lot (103 N Main St)

3) On-street parallel parking (located on Main St in front of building & Young St on side of building)

We set up mats prior to class but if you prefer to bring your own, you’re more than welcome! All you need is yourself and a water bottle (we have a water refill station). For most classes we recommend going barefoot or wearing grippy socks.

You can cancel or pause your monthly membership any time, penalty free. However, we do ask that you give us a week notice before your next monthly draft so we have time to process the cancellation. Email lauren@studio104onmain.com to cancel.

All experience levels are welcome! Studio 104 is a beginner-friendly studio. We’re here to learn, grow and get stronger together.

If you cancel anytime before one hour of class, you’ll receive a credit refund. If you cancel within an hour of start time, you won’t be refunded. If you do not show to class, you’ll be charged a $5 No-Show Fee (you get one grace no-show each month).

Low-Attendance Policy: We require a minimum of two people to hold class. Class will be cancelled 1-2 hours in advance if there are 0-1 sign ups.

Massage appointments are now located downstairs from the studio in unit 104-C. Unlimited Monthly Members still receive 10% off appointments. You can book through Three Little Birds Wellness.
