  • Amy Klingler / Yoga Instructor

In March of 2020 she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification in Raleigh and went on to complete her kids yoga certification online through Kidding Around Yoga in October of 2020. In addition to her love of yoga, she has been a licensed massage therapist for 12 years. She is a proud mom of 2 amazing kids, who both also love yoga! Through her own personal practice over the past few years, Amy discovered her passion for Yin Yoga. On her mat in class she discovered so much about herself and gained tools to use in her every day life to help with stress and anxiety. She loves sharing this style of yoga with everyone. And believes that we could all use a little more stillness in our lives.

  • Nicole Nudelman / Mat Pilates Instructor

Originally from Illinois, Nicole moved to Wake Forest in 2021 and quickly made it her home. By day, she works as a CPA, but her true passion lies in movement. Whether she's running or cycling along the greenway, Nicole embraces an active lifestyle. Her journey into yoga began during her college years, where she found both peace and strength on the mat. Later, while training for her first marathon, an injury led her to discover Pilates—a practice that allowed her to truly understand and appreciate how her body works. Through Pilates, Nicole not only deepened her understanding of her own body, but she learned about common movement dysfunctions, and how to combat them, as well as the critical role a strong core plays in overall health and performance. Nicole's transformative experience with Pilates inspired her to pursue teaching, and she is currently in the process of earning her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body. Her goal as a Pilates instructor is to create a practice that is accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience, and she is dedicated to meeting her students exactly where they are in their own journey. Nicole’s classes are designed to empower, challenge, and bring balance to both body and mind.

She quickly found comfort in the practice, with its flows and alignments reminding her of years of gymnastics training. As she delved deeper into yoga, she fell in love with the way the movement quieted her mind. In the summer of 2023, she earned her Yoga Teacher Certification in Paia, Hawaii. Since then, she has been deepening her personal practice while teaching both group and private classes. Delaney is eager to continue her lifelong yoga journey and share the mental and physical benefits of the practice with her community.
