Enhance your mobility from the ground up in this five-week yoga series designed to help improve flexibility, strength, and joint health. Each week, we'll focus on a different area of the body - starting with the toes and feet and progressing upward to the hands and wrists. Through mindful movement, breath work and targeted mobility exercises, you'll develop greater range of motion, stability, and body awareness. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, improve functional movement, or simply feel more ease in your body, this series will help you move with more freedom and confidence. 35-Minute Warm Mat Barre fuses Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training to create an effective workout focusing primarily on the upper and lower body while staying on the mat throughout class (no standing work). Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

Evolved out of Joseph Pilates’ principles and teachings, Pilates is an innovative system of exercise designed to transform the way your body functions in everyday activities. Pilates builds strength, core stability, balance, flexibility, proprioception, and mental focus. Part of what sets Pilates apart from other types of workouts is the focus on the quality of movement over quantity of movement. All exercises are done on the mat, barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

Unroll your mat and join us for a slow yoga flow + deep stretching class. This session is designed to focus on the breath, mind and body connection while flowing gently through the yoga poses. Stretches will be held to allow the muscles to fully unwind and lengthen. This deep, intentional stretching not only relieves tension, but also helps to increase flexibility and improve circulation. This is a gentle practice suitable for all, even if you’re new to yoga. Barefoot recommended.

Vinyasa is practiced one breath to one movement intentionally, which creates a moving meditation for the student to build their own flow via breath work and physical awareness. This is a 60 min all-levels practice that cultivates focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility. Class features an upbeat soundtrack, challenging sequences and tends to have more upper body engagement with peak postures to safely lead up to through repetition during the class. Barefoot recommended.

Full-body workout set to the beat of the music utilizing low weights and high repetition. Barre-inspired movements mixed with strength, this 45 minute class will leave you feeling sculpted. We won't go to the barre during class - all exercises completed standing or on the mat. Tennis shoes recommended.
